Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. based in Madrid, Cuesta de Santo Domingo, 14–5ºA (28013) Madrid, develops the  project called VU87 that consists of reception and broadcast for Antena.Neox of the audiovisual material sent by the viewers of the chain for its broadcast on the  web page www.vu87.com and broadcast on the program VU87. The sending of  audiovisual material ( here to fore referred to as  the content)  implies the acceptance of the following conditions:

• Senders must be of legal age.

• The sender will provide Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. the requested data and any relative information about the content, truthfully and sign the necessary documents upon request by Lapierna Audiovisual S.L.

• If Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. decides to broadcast the content on the television program VU87 on channel Antena.Neox, it will pay the sender the maximum quantity of 150 Euros or the corresponding rate.

• To all the participants who receive more than 300 Euros for the selection of their content will have the corresponding VAT applied.  This fiscal information will be sent to the the Public Treasury for the quantities retained on behalf of the participant. These documents will be available from the offices Lapierna Audiovisual (C / Pizarro, 24, Madrid) for tax purposes.

• Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. will be able to authorize A3TV to broadcast the content on television programs belonging to the group, on some of their digital channels, and/ or  cede them to companies of the Grupo Antena 3 for broadcasting on local television networks that could negotiate and / or broadcast it on mobile internet sites.

• The senders  authorize Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. the inclusion of their content on its web page www.vu87.com (owned by A3TV) and on the program VU87 of   Antena.Neox channel and  authorises Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. the use of the content in all formats and systems, including, but not limited to, television  in all its formats, film, video graphics , videocassette format, laser-disc, videotape-disc, CDI, CDI-DV, DVD, CD ROM, VOD, NVOD, enhanced CD, audio  or printed format,  broadcast   through videotape as well as any independent development of the PROGRAM in interactive systems and in systems on line (especially, internet and mobile internet for telephones in all its systems or processes).

• This use is without exclusivity and with no time or territorial limitations, with the provision of transferring to third parties. Also, A3TV will be able to use the content for the promotion for some or several of its programs. The aforementioned rights are acquired Audiovisual by Lapierna S.L. and Prodigius Producciones Cinematográficas, S.L. with the possibility of making them available to Antena 3 de Television, S.A.

• Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. reserves the right to edit the part of the credits of the content with the sole purpose of shortening its length. In consideration any information presented by the sender e-mail address or url will be superimposed on the content if desired by the sender. We also reserve the right for the possible dubbing and subtitling and changing of music for music whose rights have been acquired by the co producers of the program.

• By sending the content, the sender agrees to the following:

1. The content has been obtained by the sender who has property and control of the rights and is therefore qualified to cede these rights to   Lapierna Audiovisual  S.L. under the conditions detailed in this document.
2. That nothing in the content supposes libel or slander towards any person, company or association, and that it does not infringe rights of intellectual property, industrial property, or any other exclusive rights belonging to third parties.
   
3. That any image rights have been secured from individuals appearing in the content.

• Lapierna Audiovisual reserves the right not to broadcast content.

• All the facilitated personal data will be compiled in the CONTENT file under the responsibility of Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. The purpose of the file is to organise the content received for publication and/or broadcasting on VU87. The exercise of the access rights, rectification, opposition and cancellation regulated in the Organic Law of  Data Protection,  will be carried out by means of  written request  to Calle Cuesta Santo Domingo, 14 - 5º TO (28013) Madrid.

• The sender will be responsible for any possible complaint, derived from the non fulfillment of any of the terms laid out in the present document, and he/she agrees to compensate Lapierna Audiovisual S.L. for any non fulfillment of the   guarantees.

With their participation, the senders of content accept the present conditions (available for inspection on the VU87 web page, www.vu87.com) and the criteria of A3TV in regards to any queries derived from the content in question. Lapierna Audiovisual S.L.  reserves the right to modify at any time the present conditions. The senders of content recognize and accept that the use of the services after the modification date of the Terms and Conditions, involve the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions updated.
